I lived in a studio apartment here for about 9 months before buying out of my lease because of a job opportunity elsewhere. First of all, it’s very expensive for limited and poorly kept amenities. Charmelle in management is incompetent. They will wait an entire week to get back to you about your application and then give you an end of business day deadline to come up with additional documentation inconsistent with what someone else in their office communicated prior before stealing your application fee.
I’m tired of the building workers complaining to me about weights being slammed in the weight the building. I’m not responsible for the pool architecture of the building. I’m told that VIP lives underneath. That simple makes me feel less than, undermined and discriminated against. I myself have made complaints about the residents above me making excessive noise, but there has been nothing done. Meanwhile, there are pool parties thrown, that constantly exceeds the rule of only two pool quest per lessee. I see no one enforcing... read more
I’ve had a great experience living here. The ladies in the front office always do their best to help and are very responsive whenever I need anything. Maintenance is friendly and quick to address any issues, the amenities are great, and I absolutely love my unit. Overall, I’ve been very happy with my experience here!
Nice apartment living in north Atlanta area Chamblee Georgia plus it’s close to Walmart & other eating spots here as well
