I give them 1 star because the place look actually nice but the staff is very unprofessional I put in an application over a week ago and had to constantly call to check the status and everytime I called they told me that they would be getting back to me later that day and later that day ended up being 7 -8 days later with me having to call and ask what’s going on just for a lady to get on the phone and bs me about no being approved funny thing is I did a cooperate application. , and I didn’t even give her the business name ,... read more
I’ve lived here at The Deco for over a year now and love my apartment. The team cares about the community and the residents. My time here has been great so far and I look forward to being here for a long time. Thank you to the entire team!
It’s a a beautiful place BUT we set up to tour twice and our rescheduled time was booked by another person and we were told we couldn’t do our tour. We booked online and even received an email confirmation to which we showed the leasing consultant! I called several times prior to coming and received no response. I emailed and no response. Then there was a resident that came downstairs stating a complaint. It was overwhelming with underwhelming service.
I started my apartment search in January and, within less than two weeks, I had applied and been approved for a 1-bedroom luxury apartment at The Deco 5211. The entire process was smooth and efficient with no back-and-forth. A huge shoutout to Alyssa, one of the leasing agents, who made everything so easy. Her communication was fantastic, and she was extremely genuine and professional throughout the entire process.
