I had such a great experience working with Shanaye! From the very beginning, she was extremely polite, professional, and welcoming. She answered every question I had thoroughly and made sure I understood each step of the process. Shanaye was very helpful and responsive, and she truly made my move-in process smooth and stress-free.
I have lived in this apartment complex for four months, and unfortunately my experience has been extremely concerning due to repeated management and security failures. In October, I was accidentally locked out of my apartment by maintenance around 6:00 PM. Despite explaining that my dog was trapped inside, that multiple candles were lit, and that my balcony door was open, I was told I could not be let back in until the leasing office opened at 10:00 AM the next morning.
