Nice apartment living in north Atlanta area Chamblee Georgia plus it’s close to Walmart & other eating spots here as well
If you must move here DO NOT move around the pool… constant noise.. there is a party out there every single day.. the rule has always been 2 guests at the pool… I can look out my window on any given day and 40 people are out there… music loud enough to hear it very clearly in your apartment… when I first moved here there was a security guard at the pool… I don’t know what happened, but that needs to be a thing again… as much money as we pay it should definitely be a part of the budget… the last property manager did a much be... read more
Leasing office has the worst attitude, specifically the one with black glasses
Current resident of 2 years. The Deco was SLX when I moved in. It has a masculine luxurious feel but there are areas for improvements as it concerns building and floor access for our approved guests and parking for our guests. It’s not convenient for them or us. Taking out the concierge was a bad move. Or security, when they are there, should be allowed to contact us to let guests up.
