The apartments and the amenities are beautiful!! Alyssa was amazing and very welcoming. She made me feel at home with the walk through alone. Renewed my lease and so glad I did. The maintenance team are on point and so very helpful. Joel from maintenance was a life saver. My keys were stolen and they were so attentive and caring and fixed my problem quicker than expected. I am so thankful for them!
If there were 10 stars, The Deco would get them all! First off, shoutout to the maintenance dream team these guys move faster than Amazon Prime and fix things before you can even finish putting in a request. They deserve their own superhero movie at this point. I’ve been living here for 4 years, but ever since the management changed, it feels like you guys have completely stopped doing your job. 1-312 !!! Please, just shut up after 10 p.m!!!!! it’s 2 in the morning right now! Stop yelling already. Isn’t it common sense to keep quiet after 10? What’s the point of reporting it to the apartment office when you people don’t do anything about it?
I toured this apartment complex several times a few weeks ago. The first time, I booked an appointment online and the tour was great. The staff was polite, on time, and answered all the questions I had. The second time, I showed up without booking an appointment and requested to tour an apartment facing the same street as the 3-bedroom apartment I would be leasing (which was not available yet for a tour). I toured this property recently and was surprised to learn it was 5+ years old because it had such a new build look and feel. Very hotel resort, especially the bathrooms, and I thought the Tokyo doors in some of the floor plans was unique. I loved that they also had standalone apartment units on the first floor: no shared walls with anyone other than the person who lives above you.
