Shadarius is part of maintenance team! He called and communicated exactly what he was going to do and came in very professionally! Thanks for coming after hours to fix my fire alarms! Lived here for 2 years to say my experience moving in was great…but as time went on it definitely became too good to be true. When it comes to their maintenance team be prepared to have people who don’t know what they’re doing. They could never fix the caulking in our showers which led to more problems, we went a whole weekend without our ac working in the summer because they came to fix our boiler on a Friday which led to cutting our ac off and they couldn’t come til Monday to fix it because they have the weekends off…extre... read more
OK FIRST OFF- I’m not sure why some of these reviews are crazy! I have had the absolute BEST experience with the staff here! Alyssa and Shanaye at front desk are fantastic!! They are truly so amazing I am so thankful for them. They have helped me step by step (even when I can sometimes forget things and be frustrating, they have always stayed calm and so sweet and helped). Current resident of 2 years. The Deco was SLX when I moved in. It has a masculine luxurious feel but there are areas for improvements as it concerns building and floor access for our approved guests and parking for our guests. It’s not convenient for them or us. Taking out the concierge was a bad move. Or security, when they are there, should be allowed to contact us to let guests up. Unprofessional Staff!!. I had an encounter with a member of the staff, whose name I do not know (thin woman with a bob hairstyle). She was arrogant and off-putting. Why get a job in Sales/Customer Service if you think that you are above helping others?
