We worked with Carla after experiencing disruptive sleep regressions from both our preschooler and our infant at the same time! It was exhausting and daunting and Carla helped us have hope. Her strategies were effective and impactful, and both kids are sleeping better already. We were on the brink of insanity, but now starting to come back to reality. Carla was a wonderful help to our family! After our little one had been sick and travelled, nights became difficult as wake times were almost every hour. With Carla's help, we were able to use techniques that taught self-soothing and allowed our baby to fall asleep (and stay asleep for 10 hours a night). We are so grateful to Carla and can't recommend her enough!

Carla was amazing! She helped us fix the sleep issues we were having with our 20 month old. She explained her method clearly and we were in contact with her every day for two weeks which was so helpful to address unique circumstances that came up and how to adjust. Our son responded quickly and we are now all getting more sleep! We highly recommend her!
