Upon walikng into the store we were happy with the abundance of choices for furniture, kitchen tables and chairs. We were there to buy a recliner and pleasantly surprised with the many brands( Ashley, Flexsteel, Lazy Boy)and huge selection of options, rocking, powered reclining, powered with all the options tons of fabric choices. Zane, at the Billings location, was so patient with this finicky, won't settle for something than what I want, person. He was friendly, gave me time to think, answered all my questions. He even listened to how I felt recliner manufacturer should improve their foot rests. He was funny, assured me he wasn't bothered by my in decision. He even took time to check on another customer while letting me make my decision after I returned from checking another business for a chair.
