Rachel the assistant manager at the Woodbury Slumberland had amazing communication with me over text when I called in looking for a specific mattress and lift unit for my king bed. She found me the last unit available, a mattress that fit perfectly and it was delivered quickly, fitting perfectly. I would always purchase my furniture at the Woodbury Slumberland store. I have always been very happy with the quality of furniture we have purchased at Slumberland.
Got a good deal on a king mattress but the two delivery guys were behaving like they did not want to do their job at all. They did their job yes but rude, barely hello. One of the two, the tall one, was not happy at all. I was a mover at some point in my life and still I was very happy everyday no matter what so 1 star.
STOP LYING TO YOUR CUSTOMERS TO MAKE A SALE!! SHAME ON YOU!
Terrible customer service and warranty claims. Filed a claim the day the furniture was delivered because it had multiple smashed corners. Followed their instructions and process to submit photos and never heard anything back. Checked on it later and it showed closed. Tried to resubmit and they rejected it saying it was now too long. Buyer beware! Terrible quality products and zero customer service.
