Terrible customer service and warranty claims. Filed a claim the day the furniture was delivered because it had multiple smashed corners. Followed their instructions and process to submit photos and never heard anything back. Checked on it later and it showed closed. Tried to resubmit and they rejected it saying it was now too long. Buyer beware! Terrible quality products and zero customer service.
I loved this store! I went for mattress shopping but there is so much to explore! I love all the furniture options! My mother came with me, as she's due for a new mattress too. And we had Rachel Setting helping us. This lady NEEDS a raise! She is so knowledge! Even helped break down costs of 1 mattress to another. And gave a note of beak down of a bed my mother is now debating about buying.
