Mike was very patient with us and walked us through all of our options. He also answered every question we had and stayed late till we made up our minds. When we went back in to buy he met us at the store before opening and gave us a better deal than anywhere online. When the mattress came in the box was damaged, Mike verified the mattress wasn't damaged and offered free delivery and setup.
