Let me start off by saying I am a T1D. I have to go to my appointments to maintain my prescriptions… If I could rate this any lower I would! I have been trying to get an appointment FOREVER. After many attempts to get ahold of someone and get something scheduled, I was put on the books for a day that would not work with my work schedule so I asked to reschedule. This is the 3rd time in one year I can not get a hold of my doctor and can not get my medication refilled. I am a T1D and the last time they turned a blind eye to refilling my insulin. Today, I have requested my thyroid medication to be refilled for the 4th time. RUN RUN RUN from this group
Just tried to make a simple appointment after leaving my primary physician and they wanted me to have a seat in the waiting room and it would be 30 minutes. Extremely rude about it too!
