I accompanied my mother-in-law to this dermatology clinic today. The doctor was excellent—professional, thorough, and we truly appreciated the care she provided. Unfortunately, the front desk experience was very disappointing. My mother-in-law does not speak English, which is clearly documented in her chart. Despite this, no interpreter was offered at check-in, during intake, or even during the physician visit. I interpreted for her the entire time so she could complete her appointment.
