Dr Adel is always very thorough. Not a long wait and everyone is very friendly and polite
Couldn't be more frustrated. Wife has Mohs Surgery on her hand. Did not heal well. Pay another $50 for a FOLLOW UP which was not scheduled due to issues but as part of the process. Turns out it is infected. They prescribe some medication which she begins to take. Days later, they leave a voice mail that it is STAFF infection and prescribes another medication. No explanation. It was a horrible , horrible visit with Dr Shaike. Over 30 min late to see me . Then spend less than 5 min addressing my concerns . Only initiated the highest amount option until I suggested alternative. It’s about maximum number of visit and upsell on solutions .
Please do your research before having procedures done on the costmetic side. I had a burn from fraxel that has resulted in an unsightly and embarrassing scar on my face. I don’t think this should have happened and also it should have been treated immediately after it occurred! Beware!
