I had a wonderful experience as a patient of SLU Dental Group! Dr. Baek and the entire staff are incredible and professional, while also going above and beyond to help their patients. I highly recommend this dental office for anyone!
5 stars are very well deserved for this dentistry. I moved from out of state to Seattle, and after extensive research I found SLU Dental Group. Very glad I did because not only they are in-network with my new insurance, but the staff are incredible! I want to first start by saying how incredibly helpful Isaac (front registration) was. Dr. Baek is by far the best dentist I’ve ever met. He is highly skilled, honest, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the visit. All of the staff were also so friendly. Today was my first appointment, but I’ve already decided this will be my regular dentist from now on. So glad we found him!
Every year this office seems to change dentists, which has been very frustrating. In 2023, I saw Dr. Li. She was responsible and took good care of my teeth, but she left in the middle of one of my ongoing treatments. After that, I saw Dr. Mueller. Unfortunately, after he placed a crown on a healthy tooth, I ended up needing a root canal, and then he also left the office.
