Doctor and staff are professional and nice.
Poor communication, prescriptions and physician orders not being sent until I called and staff said they would fax it staff was very rude and hung up
This coming a bit of a Third World dump
The nurses and doctors are great but I will never return to that building again. The old guy who works the information desk by the front doors needs to retire. He is the rudest person I've met in the year I've lived in Saint Louis. I'd never been there before and he treated me like I was stupid for asking for directions. That's literally his job!
