Had a great class here with Mary! She gave very clear cues and I got a great workout. Will be returning soon! So happy SLT came to Southampton.
Cancelled a 7:30am class 4 minutes before the start time. At a minimum, a workout studio or gym needs to be reliable - especially if you’re going to wake up early.
Great workout! Have been looking for a way to supplement my cardio, and this is amazing for toning. Looking forward to watching my body lean out.
