Hands down the most effective workout in Raleigh, and it's addictive! I was already a fan of this workout from my time on the west coast, and I was thrilled to hear they were opening an SLT in Cameron Village. There's no other work out that I've done that is this challenging without hurting my joints. It's great if you have injuries -- old knee pain that I lived with for years is now gone because I'm stronger, have better posture, and my muscles are far more balanced. Highly recommend it!

My wife and I were in town to visit family and found out about SLT on a whim. We signed up for the 2 for $32 classes and are now full-pledged addicts to this incredible workout all thanks to amazing instructors Amy (who is also the Manager) and Elise! The "Essentials" class was very helpful for us beginners with introducing the machine (Legree Megaformer I believe), basic movements and positions and such. Love that SLT has made its way to Raleigh. Whether it's your first or 20th class, you're guaranteed a sweaty, challenging 50 minutes (mentally & physically). Classes start with a demo/walk through of the machines so you know what's what. All of the instructors I've taken so far have been amazing with cues, assists and adjustments, playlists, and so much more. I love getting to start my mornings here a couple of times a week!
