I do agree their classes give visible results in a quicker amount of time than other reformer classes. That being said, the mold and mildew smell needs to be addressed, in addition to the overall unattractive interior. The monthly membership is twice as expensive as the studio I was going to in Manhattan but in significantly worse condition.

there is a moldy smell / dirty toilet water smell inside the studio. it made me nauseous upon entering and working out there.

Can’t recommend this studio due to the intense and obvious smell of black mold. I can guarantee it’s in the walls or HVAC. I feel bad for the employees who are exposing themselves to it all day. Could not focus on any of the class exercises due to the intensity of the odor.

SLT is amazing and my favorite workout class to go to, the instructors and vibes are amazing but the one thing I think they can really improve on is the music, I’ve only had one or 2 instructor who played ok/decent music, it can make a workout unenjoyable when there’s a remix of the real slim shady that I’ve never heard of or even knew existed because the beat drops into something insane and techno and it just doesn’t make sense.
