SLT is amazing and my favorite workout class to go to, the instructors and vibes are amazing but the one thing I think they can really improve on is the music, I’ve only had one or 2 instructor who played ok/decent music, it can make a workout unenjoyable when there’s a remix of the real slim shady that I’ve never heard of or even knew existed because the beat drops into something insane and techno and it just doesn’t make sense.
