Although I am a fan of SLT, the decision to no longer offer free towels is a bad choice and is the reason I am not returning to this chain. The Hudson Yards studio is new but the temperature in the studio was sweltering, having no towel, and no AC, this workout might as well be billed as a heated sculpt class on a slippery moving platform. Front desk staff, instructors all very friendly. Odd choice to have mouthwash in the bathroom but no free cups…
