SLT East Hampton Slays in a different way. I love the Bright Studio. The music is key!!!! The high pulsing music encourages you to move with purpose. I love that the instructor knows your next move so their is no stopping with your class. Google says no restrooms but they do have clean restrooms. First timers? Don’t fear the instructor will guide you through your class. Every muscle will be shaken. 🩷

Sometimes it’s better when the instructors don’t go over the exact way to do the moves to beginners and let you learn on the fly or take a private … I recently experienced a class elsewhere where the instructor stopped every minute to explain things to a beginner and it was awful. This class was hard and I was very sore the day after 👏👏

I used to love SLT. Came for a class here today. The teacher didn't explain or show any moves or give any adjustments. It's also ridiculous how they don't have a water fountain or give towels... you'd expect that with a $50 class.
