SLRV Expedition helped us with a Grenadier coolant leak within a few days as we were visiting in Brisbane from Sydney. Gareth was extremely helpful, assessing the issue and ordering the parts on the same day so that we could be back on the road as quickly as possible - he and the team literally turned a potential holiday nightmare into an amazing customer experience. I bought my quartermaster in NSW but still SLRV / EXPEDITION HQ are more than happy to help me with technical assistance, spares, servicing, accessories etc. Their vast knowledge is easily accessed and they are happy to share what they know. They start early in the morning so finish early in the afternoon, fair enough! I have nothing but praise for Gareth, Mark and Adam (Stuart helped a bit too 🤣) when I had to get a fuel tank repair (not an Ineos warranty claim, just a repair).
