Our heater would not turn on if the temp. dropped below 45. Elan came out, charged me $75 and told me that he did not know how to fix it, then said "it doesn't drop below 45 often so, you should just not do anything." I ended up fixing it myself for less than the cost of his service call (it needed a new control board). I honestly don't think he knows what he's doing.

S L R heating & cooling is the best. They installed my heat pump system in one day. If you're looking for quality and affordablilty. Ilan and his team are the guys you want to hire. He is highly experienced and knowledgeable with h/vac installations and easy to talk to. It was like talking to family. Again, if you're looking for a stress free experience, S L R heating and cooling is the one.
