I walked in off the street without an appointment. I was greeted by Mr. Robbie and immediately asked if I wanted a coffee or water. Sat down in his office and explained my situation. I had been with my last insurance company for 25 years. I had a lot of questions about even getting a quote. Spent about a half an hour with me.
