Great job on my ohlins suspension
Took my bike in for a brake pad issue. They diagnosed that and some additional issues and gave an estimated cost. They fixed the issue in the estimated time and for the estimated cost. They cleaned up the drive train so well that it almost looked like new parts.
I special ordered a bike. It took about a week for them to get the bike an assemble it from Kona. Communication via email was awesome, as was in person. Josh and Dan were both very nice and I was very happy with my purchase. They got the bike put together a day before they promised and did a great job on assembly. I converted it over to tubeless following Dans instructions and everything was perfect.
If you aren't a bike nerd and want honest advise on what to ride from folks that love bikes, come here. Without judgement and pretense, the local bike shops are disappearing and that's a shame As a bike nerd, I buy components and appreciate the help and hope this type of business can keep going.
