These fine folks are the best. They assembled a couple of ebikes for me and explained the operation of a trailer mount... great communication. Most excellant on repairing my van moof tire, too! The best in the city!
Slow roll serviced my bikes this spring. I put the bikes away and several weeks later took one for a ride and discovered the front derailor did not work. I brought it back and they fixed it on the spot only charging for a couple of small parts. Very satisfied
Always attentive and on top of their game. Service is excellent. I've had them work on triathlon, road, and mtb bikes.
Unbelievable service. I'm kind of clueless about technical things, and they help me with everything from tire pressure to the ergonomics of my handlebars and seat to the best helmet to buy for my grandson. Such a great place!
Slow roll saved me! My bike had a mechanical issue just before a big trip, and they were able to get me rolling again in time with some hard to find parts! They've been extremely helpful every time I've visited, and their contributions to the local trails make Slow Roll a shop I'm always happy to support.
