I realize that running a small business could be challenging but I have to say Slow Puffs Is running there business like it was a 5 star restaurant! It’s not just what you have on the shelf’s which slow puffs has a huge variety but the employees and managers are super knowledgable ,friendly and they can explain any questions you may have . I went for my first time yesterday and couldn't be happier! :) Hannah and Claire were incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, welcoming, friendly, professional, and awesome. They were able to answer all of my questions and patiently helped me select which products best suited my needs. I will definitely be returning, and I hope it's a day when Hannah & Claire are working!

I went to the Hamden Store a few days ago for the first time. Hannah and Claire were very knowledgeable and helped me with exactly what I was looking for since I was switching from cigarettes to vaping, and also have great prices. I will definitely be going back.
