This place is horrible! If I could tell everyone in the world not to come here, I would. Customer Service is horrible, "Fred" argues with customers and acts as if he knows everything when its apparent he knows nothing. The shop is dirty as well as the bays. They need to be put out of business.
This shop does not stand behind there half azz work and act like they are doing u a favor if they do fix what they did wrong.Unbelievable the Owner Fred all he talks about is how other shops dont do good work and he will not fix his own mechanics screw ups.If u are going to talk all that stuff police your own shop as well.Trouble customer service after the cash is in hand..Beware!!!!
The guy that owns this place name is Fred and the shop is unbelievably slow. I dropped my car off in the morning to get my air cylinders fixed and it took three days, and he didn't even fix it correctly. Every time I kept going back he was like "ill call you when it's done."
Shop is in total disarray. Unfinished rides are abundant and all around. They do a lot of custom work for vehicles in the area, but quality is not good. They installed several parts on my vehicle. Two shops and nearly 1200 dollars later I was able to fix all their mistakes...
Slow Joes handle our company vehicles. They do execellent work on all our vehicles we even take our personal vehicles to this business. The work is always done in a timely fashion, never expensive. I recommend this automotive repair facility to everyone, you wont be disappointed..
Slow Joe did my racing brakes today. Seems the custom place I had this original work done about 18 months ago put on the wrong brake pads. Slow Joe put on the correct ceramic brake pads in less than a 1/2 day at a very reasonable cost. I have found a new place to do work on my customized stang.
SLOW JOE IS SLOW, HOWEVER THERE WORK IS EXCELLENT.
I had a couple CV Axles replaced on my 94 Civic. I felt the price was very fair and the work was completed quickly. I brought it in the next day to have the work done and it was ready by noon. The guy who did the work was named Fred, he did a great job cause I have not had any issues with the parts and I have taken the car on several multi-state road trips. People who say they are slow might say that because they are busy. Maybe I got in on a day where nothing else was going on but I am very happy with the service.
