I never leave reviews however I had the best experience with these guys! John was extremely helpful and they gave me the best price around for a huge issue other companies were estimating almost twice as much for. Got the situation handled fast and efficiently. 100% recommend
I bought my first home knowing it had some plumbing issues. I was referred to John and he was able to get out to the house prior to closing and give me a quote to be completed after closing. He was able to repair that issue as well as pointed out some other minor issues i was having and quoted me for them with great prices. He was able to make all the repairs in a very timely manner and did a wonderful job. I will definitely be using him for any and all plumbing problems!
When I went to use my new garden hose, water would trickle from it, but zero pressure. All of the water was running down the siding behind the spigot. Called John at Slow Flow Solutions and he knew exactly what was wrong. He asked for a pic of the pipe from our house that leads to the spigot so he could be sure to bring the right parts needed as we are over an hour away. John is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and hard working. I highly recommend him for anything plumbing related. I was recommended to John after moving to the area.
Called John in the morning and came out by late afternoon. Very courteous and honest with a quote. Very fair prices. He helped me out to hold me over until I can get the work done. Will be using his services and would highly recommend him.
