When I went to use my new garden hose, water would trickle from it, but zero pressure. All of the water was running down the siding behind the spigot. Called John at Slow Flow Solutions and he knew exactly what was wrong. He asked for a pic of the pipe from our house that leads to the spigot so he could be sure to bring the right parts needed as we are over an hour away.
