I can not express how appreciative I am to the folks here! They have been so kind, patient, supportive, and understanding with us. They have absolutely gone above and beyond when it comes to customer service, and without hesitation. Slovenian has a customer for life, and they will always be my first recommendation and go-to bank.
This bank used to be the friendly, small town bank where the employees seemed to want to help the clients with their mortgages, and banking needs. It seems that recently however; that mentally has changed here. I have a mortgage through this bank, & on more than one occurrence, I've had issues with their financial records not correlating with my own, and have heard similar situations from other clients recently.
