This shop has the worst customer service I’ve encountered anywhere in the UK. The staff are rude, unhelpful, and completely uninterested in resolving issues. On top of that, their prices are outrageously high for the poor quality of service they offer.
Recently we visited the shwroom and their selection of items on display is of excellent quality. Purchased a sink and cabinet - when we had queries , the customer service was excellent. I would recommned visiting their shoroom for sure.
Mandeep is a star, purchased a mirror over 4 years ago, recently had an issue and she went back to the manufacturer and exchanged it. I have purchased at least 3 complete bathrooms from them and they have never let me down Keep it up guys, thank you
Mandeep was excellent. She knows a lot about all the products and is very accommodating. Much cheaper than other retailers. Got 3 bathrooms from here. Have bought previously for our old house from here too. All items outstanding quality with no faults. Would recommend and use again for sure.
