Recently part exchanged my A1 for an A3 almost new.when I put the deposit down it had 3500 miles on the clock.when I drove it away a couple of days later another 500 miles had appeared on the clock,extremely unhappy about this.complained to audi and got no explanation why this happened.and to rub salt into the wounds the car I exchanged has gone on sale for £2500 more than they offered me.wont be buying from audi ever again .been with them for two and a half years so much for being a VIP.
Recently bought a Q5 from Slough Audi and traded in my A5. Ismail looked after me perfectly throughout the process and in particular really listened to me to understand what it was that I wanted from a car. Great service throughout.
