As was noted in another review, this company is also known as Richdale. I have lived in one of their properties for a little under two years, a couple states away from their main office, and their policy is "out of sight, out of mind". Utilities are out constantly, often for days at a time or more, and management never seems to even be aware despite reports, as the people who actually work locally are only there to get leases signed and don't have the slightest knowledge or interest of anything going on.
