I had a poor experience renting a condo here during 2021 for nearly 2 months. They have signs all over the unit to clean the unit before you leave and still charge an outrageous cleaning fee. When I called to discuss this, I was told I’d get a call back and never did. I had to call again and was treated poorly. Cleaning fee is fine but remove the signs demanding you to clean it first. My wife and I took a trip to Stratton, with a rental booked through Airbnb but managed by Vacasa. This agency manages some of the privately-owned apartments at the Stratton resort. We'll, they left us a key card for another of their customer's homes. Vacasa was no help in correcting the situation, forcing us to book another rental & go through an arduous refund process. I do not recommend...
