10/10 experience with Andrea and Co., who were always patient, engaging, and understanding. After previously spending time with two other CO-based organizations, neither of which was close to the level of Slopeside, I've got nothing but positive things to say about how Andrea and her team run their operation, letting clients feel seen and heard, while not becoming frustrated by a confusing process, nor judged for being honest. 5 stars, cannot recommend enough!!!
I attempted to log in to a DUI education course, and sat there for 10 minutes listening to some lady in the group complain about how the group leader changed. When I spoke up and asked if we could begin the meeting, the group leader and the lady group member jumped down my throat and started an argument to the point that I left the group. Apparently they have no one else to run the group aside from that one lady. Unprofessional, and unwilling to refund the cost of onboarding.
