This place is horrible there’s mice everywhere and the building smells horrible the repair man lies way to much and when things broken they blame it on you nobody will show Up when you need them horrible place to live
Every since the new property manager arrived, it has been none stop work new prices on paying for water, not giving tenants a renewal offer, I honestly think she's stealing tenants money for the extra fees on water. She never in the office always walking the premise looking to tow people cars and just looking for trouble!! When Megan got transferred to another site, things drastically changed when this black lady Lauren came. On top of that my family had to move due to having a major issue with mice!! The landlord feels because he has the cheapest rent in the area, that you have to live with mice and roaches and the outside premise never get mowed, only in the front of the property to make it look good. If your willing to pay low cost of rent to deal with mice and roaches... Then go for it.
