I waited a few days to post this since I was so angry with the dismissive nature of Louis, the owner of Sloan. We purchased a chair off the showroom. No Tags, no one told us "AS IS so check it out". No the response was "you are out of luck" IMO, they hid a stain on the left side by putting it up against another chair so we did not see the stain until we got it home.
