I have been a customer of Slomin’s for 3 years and if negative stars were possible, that is exactly what I would give them. I am beyond frustrated at this point. I contacted Slomin’s on 10/11/2025 to request an oil delivery and was told it would arrive within 3–5 days. After a full week with no delivery, I called on 10/19 and was told I had been “skipped” for some reason, but to expect delivery the following week. Another week passed — still no delivery. Charlie78 did an absolutely incredible job. He was very thorough, very professional, and all around a pleasure to work with.
We’ve been using Slomin’s for about 4 winters now and honestly, they’ve been rock solid. Oil deliveries are always on time and the techs actually know what they’re doing. Totally worth it for the peace of mind.
Their customer service team is so helpful. I called with billing questions and they were patient and clear.
Perfectttt!!!! The installer showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and even cleaned up afterward like nothing ever happened. The system runs perfectly and our house heats up faster than before. Plus, their customer service checked in a week later to make sure we were happy — which no one does anymore.
