I am handicapped they lied to me to get the account. I told him that I cannot afford a full tank fill up of 270 gallons. They told me they would only deliver 150 gallons. Then they filled an entire tank and left me a bill for almost $1000! When I tried to talk to customer service, I was given the runaround. Apparently there was a name of a supervisor on my account, but I would not be allowed to have that name. I wish I could leave negative stars! I was with slomins oil and Alarm company for 17 years and in that time I guess it was ok, I bought oil and they delivered it. They were never great on service and cleaning burner to be honest but my real issue started yesterday. I recently had a new burner, oil tanks and hot water system installed. It was not done by slomins but another large oil provider, only reason I did not use slomins was because they did not carry the system I wanted.
