Purchased and had installed Central Air in April '25. Four months later, in late August, we received a phone call from an inspector asking for the permit number so she could set up our inspection. To my surprise, there was no permit. I called the town, and evidently, Slomin's paperwork had been rejected, because of issues with the plumber's paperwork . Don’t ever do business with this company, they are horrible and non professional as a business!
Delivered 66 gallons in February not filling the tank an then never came back to fill it and now its empty and 45 degrees in my house, support doesn't care that we have a sick kid at home with SEVERE CHD and can't even give a time for delivery. I will be cancelling all my services with Slomins immediately. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY TO DO A COMPETENT JOB.
