Tell you it will take aweek untill you get your bike. What really happens: minimum 8 to 12 days AND THEN (they forget to mention this) they take 3 days to build it. You end up waiting like 3 weeks for something they tell you will "be here in ten days. MAX"
I looked around and talked to all the places, and I discovered that SloHi Bike Co has the business values I admire of being straight up, professional and too the point with a modest product. I told them I had a Denver ebike voucher via email and they had the SWFT eBike for 999 and I would pay around 88 in taxes If I came to purchase it. I like businesses that treat everyone with respect regardless of how they look and are straight up about prices. We came in from out of state needing to buy a bike. Everyone in the shop was super helpful and provided great service. Even with test riding we were in and out in 45 minutes. Highly recommend this shop!
Incredibly helpful and friendly bike shop. We arrived at SloHi City Park after completing the Colorado trail with hardly any notice. They provided us 3 bike boxes, a stand, and packing material to box up our bikes! Asked for nothing in return and were kind and helpful throughout. Amazing!
