I honestly don’t know how I survived without Sam in my life! She has transformed my hamstring injury to the point where I no longer even have to think about it or worry about it and can dance full out without fear of injury. Not to mention she is the warmest person you could ever meet. Immediately put me at ease with her infectious smile and lovely personality! Very different to my previous experiences, you can’t help but love her. Honestly can’t recommend her enough. I’ll be a client for life! 5 stars

I started the lift lean programmes with Sam end of last year and I highly recommend them. The workouts are daily and they are all different and we get nutrition advise daily too. The results I have seen are amazing. Highly recommended

After several “get fit” attempts over the years (the gym, running, diet groups, shakes) I was recommended Sam’s Lift Lean programme and haven’t looked back since! Sam’s programmes are always varied, her knowledge about nutrition/exercise/lifestyle is brilliant - and she always “keeps it real” Sam is so authentic and fabulous. Sam is just excellent, so committed, delivering a really professional service but with a very personal touch. Great routines with good variety to keep the interest and noticeable results. No hesitation in recommending.
