Waited 40 minutes past my husband's preop appointment before asking how much longer. We were told we were next but when we asked how much longer she said it's a doctors office and shrugged her shoulders. If the doctor can't be on time he better make sure his MA isn't rude. Guess that's what happens when you're the only place in town. They don't care and only want money.
