I had an issue with my car where the metal part underneath was dragging on the highway, luckily when I was able to make it off the highway, sloban auto shop was right there! They were so kind to me, especially with a crying baby on my hip, and took me in right away and fixed the issue within 15 minutes. And they charged me next to nothing for helping me in a bind, I won’t forget their kindness! Thank you so much if you read this! I will be going back in the future.
Beyond the norm customer service- travelling and experienced a flat tire - not only assisted me with the changing of the tire but found a replacement at an auto shop that would continue my trip - furthermore the matching tire needed was not an easy find and was the last one the other shop had! #autokindness #customercare
