Mr.Hoover and his team are exceptional they keep you informed of everything going on and do not mind you asking questions. They work hard for you and go the extra mile to make sure you are never waiting on them to do something. They are friendly and make you feel in complete control in a chaotic situation. Unlike some accident attorneys they are not concerned with the profit they make but with what they can do for you!

The attorney has not responded to multiple communications, did not join a scheduled meeting with case update, did not provide any notice, unilaterally cancelled the contract without giving any notice. Poor performance. Unprofessional and unethical conduct.
