Terrible experience with customer service, was treated extremely poorly today when pointing out a flaw on an indoor plant I was trying to purchase. I shop here frequently, as Novato only has a few options to choose from when it comes to plants. Today was pretty busy, and there were two workers on cashier duty. I was going to purchase two carnivorous plants that had definitely seen better days. Friendly helpful staff and wonderful plant variety
Bought a fiddle leaf fig here and the soil was filled with a massive ant nest. Now my house is filled with thousands of ants, and I have to decontaminate all my other houseplants too. Really bad experience, do not buy plants from this nursery unless you too want a biblical plague in your home!
