It disappoints me to write this. Sloan's Norlanco pharmacy used to be the "friendly neighbor" pharmacy that I loved to visit and do "business" with. But recently I've had some issues with them that need mentioning. Firstly, I have to take a certain medicine that is extremely important for my health and in the last 4months or so, whenever I call about it (always weeks in advance initially) I get told one thing by one person and when I go to pick up my meds or I call the day before to confirm, I get a whole-nother-story. This is the best pharmacy. Plenty of staff, scripts always ready on time & pharmacists always willing to answer any questions. Their OTC products are priced lower than CVS & there is a well sticked gift shop section,too. They accept all major insurance plans Unfortunately, insurance companies are forcing consumers to use CVS & other large retailers rather than independents like Sloan's.
Amazing and most transparent Pharmacy around. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Jake Is an Awesome pharmacist who is not afraid to tell you the truth about big pharma and corrupt corporations like the monopoly CVS. Thank you everyone at Sloan's for always being here for us.
