This Salon was AMAZING! I was from out of town and I had a hair emergency with one of my with my extensions...Meg came in just to fix it! She did a fantastic job! The customer service was exceptional! I went to another one of their locations first not realizing I was at the wrong one and the girl working the desk DROVE me to the right location. They truly went above and beyond! Love and thanks from Scottsdale!!! XO
Went to see Kristyn Lusk for a color emergency, and it was a very bad experience. She was not skilled at applying color to my hair - it overlapped extensively, was not the right color match, and the product burned my scalp (not really her fault, but I mentioned the brand that I normally use). And, she charges $180, which is astronomical for a color touch-up - my former top salon in NYC doesn't even charge this much. Do NOT go to her - I have now paid $200 to get highlights for just part 1 of the fix from my regular stylist
