Great service very friendly people. Was in and out in under an hour
You may have to call several times before someone answers the phone.
I would have given 5 stars except i didn't get their usual heads-up that inspection was due--unlilke previous years--and I got a ticket. That is my responsibility, but... I suppose that speaks to the trust I otherwise have in Sloane's sales and service, which is typically top notch.
Appointment was 9:45 I am still here waiting for my car.
