I have gone to Bianca since 2017, and let me just say.. she has NEVER let me down!! She has done platinum blonde, dark chunky lowlights, almost brunette with ashy highlights, and more to my hair, and it has never turned out less than perfect. she takes the time to consider what I have in mind while also giving me her input, and work together until she works her magic to somehow make my visions come to life!! she is THE blonde expert who never fails to amaze me with results!
I don’t usually complain or stand up for myself but after everything I’ve experienced, I feel like I need to share my story so that others can make more informed decisions. Bella is the best!!! She always takes the time to listen and fully understand what you are looking for, and she executes perfectly every time!! I always look forward to my appointments with Bella because she’s amazing at what she does and never fails to give me the best color refresh!! If you aren’t already seeing Bella, I highly recommend!
Terrible service! Do not book at this salon! I went into this salon as a blonde with highlights I just got a month prior. I needed a root touch up and asked for an icy gloss to help with brassy tone. She turned my hair dark brown!!! They charged me $180. When I spoke to manager, she said it’s store policy to not provide refunds. However, I can come back and have her fix it.
