Avoid and all properties managed by Sloane. They do not inspect the units that they rent and they do NOT answer phone calls for help when needed most. Our place had a deck that was decrepit and unsafe. It had railings falling off due to rot on the THIRD floor and 2 nd floor. The place only has one fridge for 12-14 people, the A/C DIDNT WORK FOR THE WHOLE WEEK. When Sloane was contacted they did nothing. They state its the owners problem to fix it.
