We own beach property that is managed my Sloane. They are the best all around. Owner manager, housekeeping, maintenance are all super helpful. I would highly recommend Sloane as they are tried and true in caring about your property.
A total nightmare. Extremely poor customer service. Can not recommend. Picture this: Months ago you and and 4 other adult couples and a mom who is 100 years old find the perfect house with the amenities required( elevator, oceanfront and 6 bedrooms). We book our vacation week at work, hire babysitters, dog sitters and reserve a fishing charter. Tuesday night before our departure on Saturday our reservation was cancelled due to maintenance issues at the house. Sloane offered 2 other houses that in no way met our needs..off th... read more
We had some issues that needed attention and Dan was more than willing to fix the showers! Dan didn’t hesitate and proceeded to fix these issues. He is ever so personable and polite!
Dan came to look at pool and was nice enough to address some issues in the house. He was very polite and nice. He is a wonderful addition to your maintenance team. Thanks Dan for all your help!
