We had some issues that needed attention and Dan was more than willing to fix the showers! Dan didn’t hesitate and proceeded to fix these issues. He is ever so personable and polite!
Dan came to look at pool and was nice enough to address some issues in the house. He was very polite and nice. He is a wonderful addition to your maintenance team. Thanks Dan for all your help!
House was not cleaned very well. Shower had hair all over it. Bedding wasn’t changed or washed in the Murphy beds. Be sure to document every little issue and report immediately or else they will claim damages and charge you without authorization.
We just had a Wonderful beach vacation at a super rental home at OIB! And the staff at Sloane Realty went way out of their way to help me after we had left. Kimberly, Tina, Marisa, Ella, and Eileen all had had a hand in helping me retrieve a laptop I left behind after our trip. They are all polite, caring, and very professional how they handled it and helped me to resolve what could have been a major headache for me but now I’m left with a very high impression of their dedication to customer service!!
