Second visit to OIB using Sloane. Beware of using them, we had a bad experience recently with the house we rented for a week. I wrote a review on their website and they wouldn't post it because it was negative and truthful. The house had cockroaches, and was not cleaned well at all by the cleaning service. I was aware that we needed to bring our own bed linens and towels, that was inconvenient enough, but they didn't even leave any paper towels or toilet paper in the place. It was so easy making reservations through Sloane Vacations. Kate and her management team were very helpful in answering our questions and taking care to make sure everything was perfect. They were very professional and friendly at the same time. Our stay at Sunset Beach for the month was excellent. The house we stayed in was well appointed with everything we needed and felt like home away from home. We are looking forward to our next vacation through Sloane Vacations at Sunset Beach, NC. The first time that I stepped into the office, I was greeted with a super fantastic group of people. Everyone was so friendly that I right away felt like I was home. It seemed like I had known them for a long time. I consider them my friends. I stop in just to see them because of their genuine personalities.When I move on, I will stay in touch with them. You will not meet a friendlier group of people. I would put money on that!!
Kate Zeh at Sloane Realty in Sunset Beach is amazing. She was able to address all our concerns quickly and efficiently to insure our month-long beach vacation was wonderful. She went above and beyond for us. We will definitely be renting with Sloane Realty at Sunset Beach again!😊
