I moved to SLC 2 months ago. So far Sloane is good. It’s very well located in Downtown. Staff is always helpful; and the apartment is big enough for the rent price. I haven’t heard any incident or noise since I live here and neighborhood is very calm. I feel comfortable living here.
I’ve only had good experiences so far living in this property. Greystar is a company I’ve been a bit hesitant about, but these apartments have proven to me otherwise. Mike, Victor, Mazie, Preston have all been fantastic and answer all your questions right away. The only downside is that given the location, nighttime can be a bit sketchy, but so far so good with that too. I’d highly consider looking here if you’re wanting somewhere close to the U campus and downtown.
Just moved in, but the management has been extremely patient, transparent and helpful throughout the whole process. Victor, Megan and Preston have gona above and beyond to help and make moving in easy. The apartments look great and have lots of natural light. Really happy with this place!!
Megan was great from the start. She called me after I filled out an interest form on the website. I was pretty impressed with the tour. She explained the only downside to moving in was the elevator not working because the construction crews basically wore out the engine. She explained a new engine was being built which would delay the elevator being up and running. I moved into the second story, had a handful of buddies help me.
