same as all the reveiws. poor service tech would tell us he be right back. never seen him again . the cross the wires i was being call every night a 3 am tell my alarm was not works buyers beware plus he wants to be paid a year for service.
Not honest in giving out details of connection charges. – I picked solan because monitoring cost is just $10. But when I called they told $65 for service charge but they did not tell me they will be charging $65 more for labor. After installation they charged me $65 service charge (charge for driving to home + 15 minutes labor) + one hour labor for connecting few wires which is $65. Ridiculous price. Google online and there are other companies which monitor for less than $10 and their setup fee is less than $50.
