would’ve been 0 stars. Made a mistake with the address when getting an uber, and ended up here. As sorry as I am that I inconvenienced the women upfront, there was no necessity in being disrespectful and rude. I was rushed off the parking while trying to get directions on my phone. I would’ve left anyway. I understand protecting the residents of this property, but you can do so politely. Leaving two stars, because of the two dogs that I met while waiting in the lobby. However, a waiting in the lobby for my friend to come down. There were two older white ladies. One that doesn't live there. She apparently is the dog walking. I understand her little microaggressions, asking me who am I there to visit? I was going to get thick with them. Horrible. Parking attendant is incredibly rude. Tried picking someone up who LIVES HERE. Apparently you can’t do that.
I couldn't disagree more with the reviews that were left in the past that were one star. I looked at and evaluated most condos in the area before deciding on Sloan Plaza. The financials of the HOA are rock solid and one of the few that I have seen that has set aside a reserve for long term maintenance/repair/replacement. Looking at the building should tell anyone with knowledge of construction that it is has been very well maintained, is solidly constructed, and has management that is very involved in addressing the needs/co... read more
