About a year ago I bought a pfaff Sewing machine, After two months I took it back to them and spent $400 ,, after I picked it up and until today does not work right does not sew right ,,I barely use it five times, cus it’s not usable anyway I didn’t wanna take it back and every time I called they blame me that I don’t know how to use it after me being 20 years in this business,,
I have two machines from here. They are friendly and happy to answer all my questions

If you are looking for quality sewing products that are going to last a long time, Sloan is the place. Sam the owner is the man. He and his team are super nice, answered all of my dumb questions, and are more than willing to help solve any sewing issues you may have. I didn't have a huge budget, and they set me up with a super nice used Pfaff machine that is very high quality. I'm very pleased with the purchase and their level of service and help. Thanks Sloan!!
