This is a great location. Wonderful staff and they definitely make you feel welcome. I usually go to NYC but I come here for Neurology. Every location I have been to at MSKCC is amazing.
I usually go to manhattan sloane location for scan imaging.no issues there. Came here was incorrectly told how to put on gown, told to wait in a lobby setting waiting room with other patients. When i told rep i was uncomfortable she said i could wait in changing room and gave me phone # for patient rep. Had no issue during exam, yet when report came back said limited exam, patient did not follow instructions. Not once during exam did technician say i was moving or doing anything wrong.
