I have ordered from them twice now. Fast shipping and my order was perfectly fulfilled. When I need sails I know who to call on! Thanks Slo Sail and Canvas, y'all rule!
I ordered a boat cover from Slo recently and was told there would be a two week lead time before the item was shipped. After a month, I called them to inquire about the status of my order and they said it hadn't yet been made but that they would get it to me by the end of November. After I didn't receive a shipping confirmation, I called again, only to be told my order was being processed that morning and would be shipped the same day.
