WARNING This company (companies?) was nothing short of a nightmare. I would never recommend or rely on them for your event, as they have sketchy business practices and do not deliver what is portrayed in their photos. My friends and I used SLO Party Bus for a night in SLO and it was SO FUN. The bus was HUGE, clean, and definitely exceeded our expectations. The bus was brand-new, up-to-date Bluetooth sound system with a huge TV to play music videos. I will definitely be calling Brent next time I need a party bus in this area.
Poor communication and service. I ordered a party bus and they showed up in a wine tour bus with out communicating to me prior before the event (Didn’t offer a discount for the inconvenience). Over charged me, said it will be fully refunded. Contacted the owner about the charges, and never heard back. Currently disputing the charges.
Never showed up or answered calls.
During my experience I was impressed by the knowledge and experience and the professionalism of the owner. The owner had plenty of great ideas to guide my decision for my day. I'm glad I used Brent and his business Slow Party Bus. We will use them again.
